This is so cool! I'm not an industry professional but I love the idea of having a huge in-person forum for people to get together to discuss the different aspects of the business and I love that you include front of house and other staff and make sure they have takeaways as well!

My name is Tiona and I got my nose pierced two weeks ago and so far so good. I also want to start to stretch my ears but nervous because I do not won’t any blow outs.

if you do it safe, it’s not scary at all after the first time! :) blow outs are awful & soo painful, but w/ natural stretching bigger sizes slide right in with no pain it’s awesome

That's such a cool initiative! Though living in Europe means I won't be able to attend events like these, but I'm glad to see other people share their knowledge about the industry in such a non-gatekeepy way, which is unfortunately becoming a rarity :/ Best of luck with future meetings!
