This iconic Korean snack would probably remind you of your trip to South Korea or your favorite Korean drama. We just dressed it up a bit by adding mozzarella cheese on top. If cheese is not your cup of tea, you can forget about it. You can add more chili paste or gochujang if you like. Store bought dashi powder can be used, just dissolve it in water.
