hello sir please please I have a question if you answer to it I'll be gratful , So I have interview at us embassy on next dicember for a student visa (f1) , and as long as am obliged to show the consular officer my intent to comeback after graduate and do not stay there , So if I apply for DV lottery on october then go to pass the interview on dicember , in this case am I risking my visa get denied because consular officer may try to know about me and do some research then he 'll find my name among those who are participants in DV lottery , so is that possible or he couldn't find me ?

Hello Art, Can I ask you a few questions ? 1) Can a F1 Opt student after completion of his Opt time period let's say 36 months for stem students do a second masters ? I know one cannot do day 1 cpt. 2) some students come here to study Ms but one they are here they enroll themselves into some full time English (ESL) at some community colleges courses to be in F1 status is this a voilation under this memo ? 3) If a indian student on F1 Opt stem extension is married to a permanent resident from more than a year and he has 16 more months to finish his opt stem extension of 24 months is it suggestible to apply for his Gc based on Gc spouse asap or wait for his wife to become a Us citizen which is due after 2 years from now.
