The workout programme says 3-5. Thats a massive differences. Lets say there are 5 exercises, that would be a differences of 15-25 sets in total

Most CrossFit athletes that are jacked are because of genetics or because they do other forms of training besides just CrossFit, most guys that are "CrossFit only" guys are lean with average muscle build, but seem to think they are more jacked than they really are, as someone who is an athlete and has multiple certifications in sports science, i do roughly 4 different types of training through out the year, calisthenics based, functional based (CrossFit), powerlifting and hypertrophy with calisthenics, generally doing four months of each type of training, so at anytime my body adapts to what im doing, when i do CrossFit i look like a really lean body builder, when i do powerlifting and hypertrophy i look roughly the same and when i do calisthenics i look how most CrossFit guys look in their peak season, it is good to have a wide range, A, to eliminate injury risk, and B, to avoid plateaus

Hey Paris I know I mentioned Sylvester Stallone. I like his movies and know you have covered him. I might have one more to possibly throw in and that is Chuck Norris. I don’t know if you can find anything. But that guy was built at one point.

Comparing images of him in Equus to him in Miracle workers is pretty much incomparable. Given that he was still a child in Equus. There is 15 or more years difference.

When these spindly actors land a big payday/role, they all get a hired "trainer" and start weeks of cycling The Hollwood Cocktail of illegal and near-illegal, hard to obtain, cutting edge, nearly non-detectible muscle growth enhancers. Then they publicly post photos of their "amazing body transformation" (see Chris Hemsworth the Indian actor in The Eternals; and before social media, Brad Pitt in "Troy") and claim it's due to insane kettle bell workouts, band work, chicken, rice and broccoli. Puh-leeeeze. Camera work and lighting add the finishing touches and voila, U R Jacked!
