In this video, I'll be breaking down Bane's training from the Batman comics and I'll be telling you if it's a program that would work for you in real life! @@dimigeorg1044 brother mass like The Rock, with that level of definition and striation is only possible with exogenous hormones. The actual real result would be more like that of a professional fighter or special forces operator. Powerful, definately, but super lean. The amount of muscle Johnson carries around is surplus to what the body needs, and the body needs to be “hacked” to retain it

I think he has the highest mental strength in DC. He was put into a pitch black cell at 5 years old, never to leave for twenty years. Every night the cell would fill with ocean water forcing him to swim the whole night straight or he would drown. The only way he ate was eating fish that came in from the high tide. When his sentence was over he walked out like nothing happened. 99.9 percent of grown men wouldn't last a month mentally and physically, its almost certain death for most people.

1:21 - he also committed his first murder at the age of 8. The murder was so brutal and savage the prison warden gave him his name Bane, a bane to everything holy. He was thrown into the isolation for 10 years but he didn't break, he spent his time meditating. He traveled through imaginary worlds and each time he fought a giant bat, his incarnation of fear, and each time he defeated the bat. After 10 years of isolation he was released and became a legend among the prisoners. There was guy named Zombie who was watching over him since his childhood and witnessed his upbringing

The workout will produce size, strength, and endurance in the upper body. Bane’s environment probably naturally produced more testosterone than usual. That along with fighting (cardio) will build the lungs and heart. However like everything else eventually you’ll need to increase the reps, sets, or intensity.

8:15 that literally happened to me twice a few years back. I was awake and could move my eyes around and see my room but I was paralyzed. I look to the corner of my room and I see something standing kinda tall just staring at me. I didn’t get to see the face. Once it noticed that I saw it, it ran so fast on top of me and it started shaking my head while I was paralyzed. I could literally feel it’s big hands on my head shaking me. I was screaming for help but nothing was coming out. This happed to me twice.

Bane is the criminal version of batman. He mirrors his shadow side or what batman would be if he lived a life opposite of bruce wayne. Basically he's the other side of the coin from a psychological perspective.

With enough practice you can meditate while sleeping. You learn to maintain your awareness as you shift into sleep, which leads to lucid dreaming. Eventually you can just flip between states, but it takes months or years of dedicated practice.

@@bhaveshsharma8422 Start simple and try two things. 1 be aware of your breathing at all times, that links awareness to breath and why meditation always focuses there first. Second, set up a routine to check if you're sleeping even if you're awake. For me it's my hands. They always look weird in dreams so as soon as I see them I know which state I'm in. Just keep practicing until both of those things become routine and you'll get the hang of it.

@@skobywankenobi I am getting a feelin what you're saying. For me it's rapid change in my surroundings which tells me that I am in dream and it's not real. But I am not able to set favorable situations in my dream. Somehow I've noticed my confidence and focus are heightened whenever I have good dreams. That's why I want to learn this lucid dreaming.

I’ve actually did this for a year or two without knowing this was banes workout And it was my fastest way of getting good definition that took me a couple months to get when I use to lift at 17 and eat hardly anything except rice and beef

You only need 1-2 hard sets for an exercise when it comes to bodyweight training. You could also do timed static contraction wall sits for legs. Just do a wall sit tire yourself out then with your feet planted into the ground and in overcoming isometric fashion, push up against the wall until your legs give out, which would be failure. As far as becoming explosive, you can do this training to failure since you recruit all the larger motor units in the muscles you’re targeting.

1,000 sit ups is fairly easy. 1,000 push ups is a bit hard and 1,000 pull ups would be the hardest part but possible but doing them without sleeping and meditating all night would make you a straight monster.

First off no you can not replace sleep and expect to build muscle. And no rest days is a bad method for muscle growth six days a week with six hours of sleep every night promise this works better.

Meditation helps and box breathing to slow your heart rate but your body requires sleep regardless of wether you want it or not. No sleep also means you wouldn't be able to realistically recover from such tremendous workouts at such high repetitions. I know, i have tried this 1,000 rep workout. It can be done over the course of a day but not every day. You would need one to two days rest in between plus enough food and liquids to rehydrate during your body's necessary recovery period. Your mind and willpower can push you too incredible achievements but their will be limitations regardless. Rest and stretching help and are essential to avoid long-term injury.

I don’t do his work out but I no longer sleep. I just meditate. Once I opened my 3rd eye 👁️ I began meditating without having a choice. I’m just now after 3 years starting to sleep again. It SUCKS.

Just look at real people locked up, they don't have weights any more, it's all body weight .. he could do it in 4 hours. That's 2 times on the yard I'm one day...Your testosterone will rise just by being my all those guys, you have to protect yourself 24/7 for years,
