I use a projector to play games. I put it on the floor, aim it at the ceiling and play games lying down in my bed. I have achieved gaming nirvana. And playing with joy cons is even more comfortable.

I was undecided this entire time but after being an Xbox owner for the last 2 generations, I decided to go with the PS5 digital and probably pick up an Xbox series S next year as a 2nd console. The biggest reason for me staying with Xbox was Halo....with the delay, I don’t have a reason for it right now when PS has so many exclusives I’ve never touched.

legit win, no question. If there was a 2nd wario platformer on the wii, then no, you would have lost. This rule only applies to single release per console generation, as knowing the name then distinguishes it. (Example: You have to know which Mario Galaxy Daemon picks, you can't just say "Mario in outer space on the Wii" because he has been there twice.)

I think that counts as a win. I'm not a big Nintendo guy, especially during the Wii era, but I've never even heard of Wario Land: Shake it. That's a pretty deep cut if you ask me. I think knowing that it was the Wii Wario game should be good enough. SCOOP!

While I am getting both systems, I am overall more excited about the PS5. Exclusive games excite me more than anything.

I just wish there was an option to pay 350 to have a disc dive in the other version as all my Xbox one and 360 games are mostly physical games

I missed those prince of persia games the platforming and combat I thought was fun and challenging. I really enjoyed the challenge of figuring out how to scale walls and solve the puzzles.

Prince of Persia is a Remake because the graphics are completely redone. The character models are totally new, there is new voice acting with motion capture. The problem is, those graphics just aren't good. It looks like a remake that was done last generation and then kept in a vault only to release now for some reason. I don't know.

I have two 4k big screen tvs but play on a small curved 2k gaming monitor and have no plans of buying a 4k gaming monitor and i don’t want a disc drive so the series S seems like the one for me and just get a memory card down the road.

I replayed Sands of Time about 3 or 4 years ago and while that game still feels great and holds up well with they way they are presenting this remakes and the things they say they are fixing then this game should be fantastic. I really love this game and I can't wait to replay it. I hope everyone gives it a try. I love that Yuri is back as the Prince also. Also, like I know Aiden Pearce isn't the best video game character out there but I liked him alot! I hope Marcus and the rest of the San Francisco crew are brought into Legion at some point as well but I'm glad we get to see more of Aiden. It would be crazy if they had him working on something related to Abstergo. As the last time we saw him was in AC Origins in some video footage taking out Olivier. I love Watch Dogs and I'm more excited for Legion than I am for Far Cry or AC right now! Far Cry 5 sucked and the completely political "not political" story was dumb as hell and that's what FC6 seems to be doing as well. AC Valhalla is giving me weird vibes although I adored Odyssey. I think I am sick of the lack of focus on the main character and some other elements. Kassandra is one of my favorite AC protags but Eivor is looking extremely generic to me. We will see however. One last thing, where the hell is Splinter Cell!

I'm 35 and have never owned an Xbox console and never even thought about it until about a year ago. I picked up Game Pass for PC because of the pandemic. Now, there is no doubt I'll be picking up an xbox this time. Game Pass is just... unbelievable value.

Buying an Xbox Series S up front and 2 years of Gamepass Ultimate would cost $660, while the two year plan where you get an Xbox Series S and Gamepass Ultimate for $25/month for 2 years works out to $600. So, it really is the same or cheaper.

As far as their video game 20 questions name arguments, I think there's a happy medium - I don't think you should be able to get a win if you DESCRIBE the game without even attempting to name it, but if you say something like "It's the 3rd installment of the 3D Prince of Persia games - it's like Prince of Persia the Two Towers or something" (actual name is Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones), then I think you should be able to get the win because you are nitpicking the minute details of the title. In this case, they should have gotten the win because Sam was trying to remember the exact title and kept rephrasing "Shake it" every possible way. Justin messed up because he was thinking of a completely different game, but if Justin would not have Googled it, then Sam would have gone into his mind palace and remembered it EVENTUALLY.

That poll is funny as hell. Proves that the XSS won’t sell. Just like everyone other X1 console released during this gen. If anyone buys the Xbox it will XSX. If you don’t know what console you are getting by now then you are a casual console gamer and most likely play on pc. Justin is that person. The XSX is 3 times the power of the XSS. That is a big difference. I feel like the X1X would just be as good until the XSX comes down in price. Not everyone has 4k but 4k is the standard now. Both ps4 and Xbox made mid cycle upgrades for 4k gaming. So 4k gaming next gen should be there. The whole financing isn’t that good of a deal. You have to be approved for credit. Then you have to sign up to see if you can upgrade from the current gen to the next gen. There is no financing for the XSX/S yet. Plus, Xbox All Access has been around for awhile. You can’t even apply unless you find place. As for price, ps5 won’t be $600. I can see ps5 being $499 to $399. $399 would be super attractive to people who want next gen and a next gen digital for $100 more. I don’t see people jump ship just because Xbox has preorders first. I mean look at cellphones or even graphics cards. People don’t get a Samsung phone when they know an iPhone is coming a few months later. Btw, Xbox isn’t being pandemic friendly. Xbox is doing what it was doing since last year when the XSX was announced. So saying the $300 was planned around the pandemic is bs. MS has to be competitive this gen. The Wii was sold by Nintendo as a second console. They even said buy a PS3 or 360 but make the Wii your second console.

As a dedicated Sony fan who's owned every playstation (and two junk PS3's), I am seriously looking at MS right now with gamepass. The last generation I didn't buy one console exclusive. As someone who's only inserted a disc 4 times since 2013 into my console I don't care about a drive. With that being said... i DO own a 4k television and I do care about 4k 60fps gaming. I am getting older and my eyesight and reactions aren't what they used too be. Now, my fanboy thinking. :-) If Sony can offer the discless unit for 349.00... I'll go with that. If it's 400.00, forget it! I do have over 370 games on my ps4 with an 8TB external drive. For the next year... I'm not buying either though. I have been an early adopter and regretted it every time. Hell, Sony didn't even introduce 3D blu-ray features for 7 months on the PS4.... AND IT'S THEIR DAMN FORMAT! It took a year to get a half assed* media player that is useless to this day. It would be nice to use my platinum headphones to listen to one of my 15,000 mp3s in game like other consoles allow ;-) I'm such a sucker I even own the stupid PS1 classic (haven't hacked it yet, I have the Nintendo classics though). Although I bought it locally on clearance for 27.00. :-) Either way, I'm not "hyped" for either console and with the lack of an E3 or any other expo they could have worked it better. The irony of this is I had to watch a PS5 commercial to comment on this.... don't know when we can buy it or for how much.... but i got a commercial lol.

I don't think it that important for Sony to announce price just because MS has. I liken it to mobile phones. If your an Android buyer your not going to pay much mind as to how much the next i phone is going to cost or its launch date. I am one of the many waiting but I can see this next gen is going to be plenty different.

$25 a month for two years!! That’s $600!! Then you need to buy batteries or a rechargeable battery pack per controller AND an external hard drive is essential as 500Gb is tiny for these new big games. The series S will be discontinued on 2 years like always. Xbots will eventually realise in a few years when the servers are turned off, their games (when they get some new ones) will be gone. Disc drives are better.
