Ingredients
Black sesame Anko
130g-150g Anko(red bean paste)
(For loose anko (sweet bean paste), it is easier to wrap it by microwaving or heating it in a pan.
12-15g black sesame paste
(use any amount you like)
100g rice flour (Mizuhochikara)
If you use a different rice flour, adjust the moisture content as it will be different.
20g-30g sugar (white sugar makes pure white steamed bread)
1 oikos
(I used 18g protein without sugar/170g)
(If you use the same yogurt, the amount of water will not change and you will not make mistakes.
4g baking powder
(Be careful, it will not puff up if it is old.)
Steam as soon as possible after adding baking powder.
10 minutes on high heat.
