This is a 3 minute shinbox switch flow for hip mobility, honestly full body mobility. If you have tight hips, use this flow regularly to stretch, mobilize and strengthen your hips.
All you need is your body and some space on the ground (padded is more friendly for beginners). You can do this routine at home, at the gym, or outside on some grass at the park.
