@@H3ADZhOT I actually almost bought something similar before I bought the moates burn2. It may be possible to get it to work but I'm sure it would take quite a bit of figuring out to get it to. I know that crome already has options that are set up for the moates burn2 and that's why I just went with what i knew would work.

Yes once you plug in the moates burn2 there should be an option that sais "read" up in the top left corner. Place the chip in the burn2 and click read. It should be able to bring up the tune so you can save the file. When you tune for ITB'S there is an add on called ITB tools. Use that and tune using throttle position instead of using vacuum reading from the map sensor. ITB'S create very little vacuum above like 10% throttle so it's almost impossible to get a good tune otherwise. If you need help I always do my best to respond to comments and could even maybe make a video explaining it. Good luck with your build and thank you for checking out my channel!

with a P28 you could tune the vigor. But you will have to get someone to make a basemap to run the car. That engine is so unique that it would have to be tuned on a dyno or by a very good tuner. I would go with hondata if you want coil on plug, but you better get ready to put $1500+ in just the Hondata, coil on plug and tune. I would love to see what that 5 piston engine is good for.

Yes but the stock map sensor is only good for about 9 psi I believe. Maybe 1 bar but I'm not sure off the top of my head.

I was honestly just made aware of this a couple days ago and it's definitely unfortunate. I am not sure of another chip burner at the moment but I can do some research and see what i come up with.

You should be able to just make a basemap from a b18 map for your b20. I can't remember exactly what maps they have on there now because it's been a while since I used crome but even if it's a vtec b18 map you can just disable vtec and use that for the b20. It will obviously need to be tuned still but should be good enough to get the car started.

nah, you’ll needa get a base map for the f22, xenocron sells the chip and everything you need to install it into the p06 and a basemap for any car for 55$

So if you want to use the extra features like launch control and stuff you would use a p30 rom and then import the maps from the b18c1 rom. Otherwise if you just want a stock basemap just use the rom for the b18c1.

The map I have set up for my d15b is unfortunately for a non vtec setup with individual throttle bodies and a large cam. It's basically a p06 basemap with ITB tools turned on. Let me do a little research because I'm not sure if a p28 basemap will work for the 3 stage vtec. I will see if I can come up with something for you.

@@jdmjedi777 thanks I appreciate any help I get. I've already jumped it to change the ecu from auto to manual trans. I think I may end up buying an emailed basemap from hamotorsports. Its compatible with crome which is what I'm using to tune

@@Dino_Daniel looks like if you have a wideband you can start with an LS p75 ecu basemap. Cold starts and above 4500rpm will be lean but all can be adjusted and tuned out if you have a wideband.

You can select what rpm you would like the launch control but it's only fuel cut not ignition cut unless you purchase Crome pro and use the gold ROM.

High cam is when you are in vtec and low cam is when you are out of vtec. If you have a nom vtec motor you only need to focus on the low cam map.

ludditeneaderthal thank you! This information is definitely really useful. I am rather new to making videos and you seem to have pretty much hit the nail on the head the points you made. I am definitely going to be making a big effort towards production value. Better audio(trying to figure out an external mic setup) and some better video editing. I think finding the more I guess appealing ways to show my videos has been the fun challenge with youtube so far. It's definitely an area I don't have a whole lot of experience with.

jdmjedi777 your audio wasn't bad actually. Really all you need is practice, just like any skill. Glad you took my critique in the spirit it was meant, rather than taking it personally. I think the easiest way is just to look at it as what you would like to see the subject presented to you as. Don't be afraid to shoot the same point from a few perspectives, and then clip together what works best from all. Remember technique is more important than tech. You're off to a great start though, and the rest is just polishing the rough spots.

Honestly man I work on a pretty tight budget for most of my projects. That is the reason I have learned how to do a lot of this stuff on my own. So unfortunately I dont have much for a nice camera. If you could recommend anything inexpensive that has decent audio I would appreciate it.
