How Questions Can Help You Lucid Dream

I've talked about the importance of taking techniques like reality checks slowly and seriously, so today I want to share one simple thing you can do to make that easier, and lucid dream more often: Asking questions throughout the process.
Asking questions can be a great way to be mindful about what you're doing, since you fully understand each step of the process, and WHY things are the way they are, rather than just mindlessly going through the motions. It can also prompt you to spend more time actively thinking about lucid dreaming and everything it entails.

With state tests, don't forget the who, what, when, where, and why of the situation either. What am I experiencing and what was I just experiencing? Who have I been with? Where am I? Why am I doing what I'm doing? Present moment awareness. :)

I used to lucid dream and didnt know what it was, when i realized it was a thing i begain all the practices and journaling, and the best thing that works best for me was the meditation before sleep or during sleep interruption while in hypnagogia. Meditation and experimenting is the key to successful lucid dreaming. Slow and steady wins the lucid dream race.
