Hi Olivier thank you for your tips in particular the recommendation to nourish our meditation practice resonates with me. I use different types of meditation based on my mood and schedule. More than one long meditation day that would be challenging I have multiple short ones. Two weeks ago I started with 3 minutes before the lunch break it is not fulfilling as the others as I am in the middle of the work caos but I am trying to get better and more focused during those 3 minutes. Yes I would like to join the meditation session it depends on time

Yes where I live there is one sangha in my whole state almost 5 hrs away! So I'd be very interested.

i do meditating almost everyday. When morning wake up and at night before sleep. One problem is when closing eye and focus on breathing always disturb with any kind of vision.

Hi Anselmo, you don’t have to stay focused on your breathing all the time. You can let go of your focus on your breathing and just observe your thoughts or visions you have.
