Thank you so much!💛 Consistency is key to lose weight so I recommend to do my videos regularly and try to check how much and what you are eating daily. If you change your food intake, it will make a change soon and I made a lot of healthy recipes in my previous vlogs so I recommend to check it out💛

If your posture is not great at the moment, these stretches will help to fix your posture to proper position and it looks like you increase your height! I have 1 video focused on that ☺️👍
