I am doing this for 1 week to see the results like her!! ( not to loose weight for anyone just to feel good in my own skin) please remind me!! Day 1 : it went smoothly✨ Day 2: good ✨ Day 3 went good✨ Day 4: was nice ✨ Day 5 : i am used to it Day 6: did! Day 7: did 2 times a day *Results! My arms are not slimming but the muscles are flexible but they were like that before the exercise too 😔
