I suggest to train each correspondent in a specific field:education, politics, economy, agriculture, justice, foreign, etc….

Specially train videographers to focus on the content, not on the reporter. Enforce dress codes. Make sure reporters prepare and understand the subject matter before coming on air. Reporters need to be concise, informed, and well read. It isn’t about them or their dresses.

You’re focusing to please tribal politicians. Focus on quality content.
