I think as the guest mentioned play Activity is crucial for kids as well as adults.Makes exercise easiest when we play a sport daily ,as a kid or as an adult. Growing up that takes a backseat and the lifestyle diseases creep up.

sir, this is nehal. i am a mother of 14 and 4. i have really tough time to manage evening food as i feel really hungry between lunch and dinner. and can you please share some tips for deep sleep as i have really bad issue of deep sleep and that is the reason i don't recover from my last day tiredness and wake up sleepy and tired everyday. i am a professional and i do that work minimum 8 hours a day including site visits (atleast 3 to 4 hours long and no sitting) 2-3 times in a week. please advise
