The funny thing is that it doesn't send you to urinate at all. It's the proof that the body needs that rehydration after the all night sleep.

Same I drink atleast 2/3rd of a litre atleast the moment I wake up. And atleast 3 ltr throughout the day. I can clearly say I'm addicted to water. 😂

Video summary: Bloating is a buildup of gases, liquids and solids. Solutions: 1- Don't eat immediately on waking up. Consume breakfast 1-2 hours later. 2- Drink at least 2-3 glasses on waking up. 3- Prebiotic and probiotic supplements (sponsored--I think we can all just benefit by eating some walnut, yoghurt and oats daily). 4- Mini morning workout. Love all your workout, nutrition, and healthy tip videos! They've all been in constant rotation as I've been building up my fitness and health routines during quarantine! Love you and your channel! Your videos are always informative and easy to comprehend. I've seen videos where the presenter talks but you really can't fully understand what they're saying. But you always manage to inform us in a manner we can all understand. Thank-you so much for that. If you haven't already, I'd love to see a tips video for ways to deal with water/fluid retention.

The most reasonable explanation to my gut issues I’ve heard in a long time Joanna and it makes perfect sense. I was in Japan in 2019 and no wonder Japanese women have such a beautiful skin and figures given the diet and skincare routine. Well done - super useful video

Drinking first thing in the morning is something that I learned helps me as well. Not to prevent bloating, but just in general to wake up, to feel better. Warm water in the winter is also great to stay warm.

I am a Moslem and we are on our Ramadhan month, so basically before fasting in the day we need to eat during 3-4 am. I always got bloated in the morning and it is VERY uncomfortable. I'm so glad that I found your channel!

Amazing. I tried this today: drank 1 big cup of water when I woke up, went for a small 15 min walk and then I had breakfast. After I finished, it made me to go the toilet after 5 min. Its definitely a good recipe for anyone thats dealing with constipation and bloating

after breast cancer, heart failure bcuz of chemo & radiation i have a major damaged gut. No Constipation but major diarrhea. we're still in testing with the Gastroenteroligest. Im hoping your ch help me. This pain problem and nausea has been going on for 3 years now 6 years after my last chemo. *No longer have quality of life* 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🙏🏾🙋🏾‍♀️

So sorry to hear about your health issue, my gut problems started after breast cancer treatment too.... I am presently finding help with ginger, fresh ginger tea, not altogether gone but a lil bit better. I wish you all the best.

If you haven't yet, check for h. Pylori infection. When your gut is weakened it can take over and can cause so many symptoms it's hard to diagnose on your own.

Hello Joanna. I love your videos. They have helped me make my own gym routine, but I am having trouble keeping up with my diet. Everything goes smoothly till 6-7.30 pm. I start getting cravings and usually grab something sweet to eat. Hope u could make a video about how to stop those cravings after dinner time. ❤️

Eating more protein in lunch and a small snack at around 3 pm (like 15-20 grams of nuts) may help.

Great info as usual Joanna. Any chance you will make any more knee-friendly workouts without squats or lunges or at least not many? I need to get the water part down cause the first liquid I usually drink is coffee. I drink plenty of water throughout the day but it is usually when I am parched. I have looked into Koso and your mileage may vary but I plan to give it a try. I get occasional bloating but I'm certain it is because I have screwed up my gut flora with the crap I have taken to eating being home so much. Yep, I know, excuses. I usually get it fixed by drinking Kombucha, eating Kim-Chi or pickles since those are foods that contain and help promote probiotics. Don't buy that one product you see in stores that is pretty popular ( dunno the name now but it's sold in packs of many small bottles ) but it is really yogurt with A LOT of sugar which is the last thing you want if you are trying to get your digestive system back on track.

Normally when i wake up i do some workouts right after i drink hot water with lemon juice and honey then after 30 mins i eat oatmeal as breakfast..is it good?
