This workout is perfect for those of you who are working out for the first time and also as a refresher workout to those who might have not worked out for a long time.
The workout focuses on all of the major muscles in your body to maximise fat burning by just using your body weight.
I'll be showing and explaining the workout to you step by step for you to have an effective workout.

It’s 2024 and you r the only one I love to watch and train.. Last time I did workout was 10 years ago .. and you were the reason I lost 20 kg thank you❤❤❤..now after third child again +20 kg not because the pregnancy weight cuz of stress eating.. hope I meet my old me soon❤

Hi Jo! Thnx for your vid and inspiration. My body has changed a lot after giving birth to my son and I have never been a gym person so I kinda look like I'm still pregnant. I came across this vid and my life has changed. I just followed this vid for about a month as it is not too hard for a workout newbie and doesn't require too much time. I can now notice the change (my husband is happy with me losing weight too). Keep up the good work! I 'll be looking fwd to your new vids xoxo.

I love how it is pace-perfect for a slow beginner (like me!), how you explain everything, and how your words push me to work out - but not too much to the point of becoming demotivated like in some other "beginner" videos. If you exercise 20 minuets after you eat for twenty min to an hour, you can boost your metabolism up to 4 times, making the exercises more effective

Hi Joanna, It would be great if you could create a video for standing ab exercises. There are people who couldn't do crunches or who can sprain neck. Could you please suggest some standing ab exercises. Thank you.

Hi Joanna thanks for instruction on the moves. For the squat and tricep push back would it be alright to add light weights to the move when you have more strength and experience?

Saxonvoter Yes. Warm ups are done before exercises to prevent injuries.

Don't worry about losing weight you might still want to stay healthy and fit but your body is still changing so don't worry about everything to much give it some time...

I'm a beginner at exercise, and i'm wandering when i did the squats i feel it in my knees a bit and curious if that's normal. I don't go to a gym and usually just alone with this sort of thing don't have anyone to correct my form if i'm wrong. though i do look up on other youtube channels how to to a proper one, i'm just curious if that's normal..

When you squat, you should feel it in your butt and the backs of your thighs. You can also sometimes feel it in your abs, but you shouldn't feel it in your knees. When squatting, stick your backside out as far as you can, and make sure your knees never go past your toes when you squat down. Push yourself back up to a standing position using the heels of your feet, not toes. That way, the backs of your legs will be doing all the work. Hope this helps!

It means the work out is working.

Yes. When you feel burning while working out, it is basically your muscles tearing apart, and they build back up stronger. That is how they get bigger.

I do this with my wife as I would like to tone too and it is something to do together. But for newbie women I feel you spend too much time on a couple of these exercises, particularly the push ups. It takes a bit to work up to the upper body strength for this duration.
