Hey Guys! I'm back with one of my favorite recipes for you! This chicken is SUPER flavorful and juicy, the hummus is awesome and the quinoa is good. But you are going to want to bathe in the tzatziki sauce!! No joke - it's THAT good.

I'm loving all of your recipes! thank you!!! It's a bummer that the lowfodmap portion for cherry tomatoes is now 3 😅. Will there be more videos on the channel soon?

Hi, Camila. Thanks so much for watching! You should check out my Monash Low FODMAP Update video if you haven’t already. It talks about the reclassification of foods because yeah, I was so upset when vine tomatoes when from being FODMAP free to only 1/2 a tomato per serving! Ugh! But that’s why it’s so important to go through the reintroduction phase of the low FODMAP diet, so you know how many cherry tomatoes you can personally tolerate.😉 I’m actually getting ready to film some more vids tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll have them posted within a couple of weeks!☺️

Yes I saw almost all of them haha and I also have the app. But it turns out I've just been diagnosed with IMO 😮‍💨 which if I can look at the bright side I can do something about it, I have been doing the low fodmap diet for 4 weeks now and I only felt better the first one. I understand I need the proper treatment first to then be able to do the reintroduction phase. Excited for the new videos! greetings from Argentina

I put mine in a mason jar and store it in the fridge, which I don’t think is totally necessary if you live in a cold climate. But it gets pretty hot here in Southern California, so I just make a habit of doing that, but I don’t freak out if i accidentally leave it out on the counter overnight.👍🏻

Try swapping out the garbanzo’s for a different white bean like great northern or cannalini.👍🏻

I can't wsit to try this!! Just like you i am severely lactose intolerant that i pretty much treat it like an allergy, and due to that middle eastern food is wayyy out of my diet.

Is it a Lowfodmap mayonnaise? Or just a regular one is safe?

Hi! Mayo is made primarily out of egg, oil, and an acid like vinegar or lemon. None of those are sugars/carbohydrates, so they don’t have any fodmaps in them. I opt for Mayo in the recipe instead of the traditional yogurt because it is lactose free.😉 You do have to watch out for hidden high FODMAP ingredients though like garlic, onion and possibly even high fructose corn syrup. I do think the best foods/hellmans Mayo is the best tasting, but it does contain a few preservatives and uses soybean oil, which aren’t fodmaps, but I don’t think they are the best for me. My New Years resolution is to actually learn how to make Mayo FINALLY - so hopefully I’ll have a homemade version for you soon!
