Mindful Walking Exercise - Hello everyone, in this week's video, I share about mindful walking or mindful walking meditation as taught by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Mindful walking is another very common form of meditation which helps us to come back to the present moment with our steps. I often use it when I go from places to places and it helps me enjoy my surroundings and anchor myself in the present moment. I hope you will enjoy this video and give this practice a try!
