These roadside Moong Dal Kachoris are easy to make and can be eaten as a snack or main meal
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Moong Dal
1 & 1/2 Cup Flour
1\4 cup grms Ghee
Pinch Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwan)
1/2 Tsp Salt
For Filling
3 Tbls Oil
1/4 Gram Flour
1 inch Grated Ginger
1 Green Chilli
Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 Tsp Sauf
1/2 Tsp Jeera Seeds
3/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Haldi
1/4 Tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Amchur Powder
Pinch Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
Oil for deep frying
