Kathleen Siguenza Share a bit of my experience? hmmm I started my weight lose journey 3 months ago, I do a mixture of Yoga, carido, and other workouts I have mashed up together. I do about 30-40mins daily of workouts. I haven't changed my diet at all! I hate soda naturally, and lots of sugar makes me sick, so I'm regularly heathly. I'm horrible at sharing experiences, its hard to explain I guess, I hope that was enough :)

One good motivator for me is to remind myself how much better it is to be working on staying healthy, than to be working on recovering from really bad health. Say I gained 50 lbs or something and became a smoker. Going from there to healthy, is something. I mean of course it is. I mean unless I wanted to continue gaining and smoking, I would have to change my habits. But to be working on staying healthy is truly a blessing, so it's best not to let it get so bad. Also thanks for the motivation, it's a lovely video.

beautiful time lapses in the beginning of this video. I drink green tea throughout the day. i feel like it's so much healthier than drinking coffee with a bunch of sugar in it. Absolutely love your videos! It has boosted up my motivation to lose weight as well. But I have tried many ways a lot of times and I always get stumped and lazy on the days of my period. Like when those days come up, I am not sure exactly what to do. And then I fall back into my lazy routine after the period and never lose weight because of the break in routine I guess. It would be great if you could create a video giving ideas on what kind of exercises to do during that time ( the everyday ones or something light). Thanks so much for your videos, it has helped tremendously and since I am only 5 feet, I feel more fat even though my BMI is in the normal range. Much love ❤️

I absolutely love your videos! You have given me the motivation to get back into better eating habits (as I am in school to be a registered dietitian, it's only right! lol) but I have noticed a few comments saying you do most of the same videos and I sort of agree! Pro-Tip: Drinking water is good to have all day because: 1. It keeps you hydrated -pinch the skin on the back of your hand; if it snaps back down immediately, you are perfectly hydrated, if it takes a few seconds to rest back on your hand normally, you better drink some more water. 2. Water actually helps you lose weight, by not drinking enough water, your body will widen more so it is able to hold the water and keep it in your system, by drinking more water it returns back to its normal size or maybe smaller than originally

omg so happy i found your videos , ive been binge watching almost all your videos, i am wanting to lose 30 pounds and looking for food ideas and all because i know ur diet is a big part of weight loss, im wanting to try some of these recipes and see how it goes , it will be so hard to start getting back into working out and all but once i start and have some motivation , i just hope it goes well for me lol, keep on making videos !:)

Everyone is different - you can totally have a pre-workout snack if you like - I don't like working out after I eat as it makes me feel sick 🙂

I don't meant to seem rude and I do like this video, but body brushing has absolutely no scientific evidence or even real results. First off, it can't get rid of toxins, they don't trap themselves in your skin and they're flushed via your liver, not your blood. And second, it doesn't do anything real for cellulite. What happens is that the skin is mildly irritated, pushing more blood to the surface and temporarily plumping up the skin to hide dimples, but that goes away after a little bit. I know you don't mean harm by it, but what you said was just untrue.

You should wait 30-60 mins after eating to brush your teeth as eating loosens your enamel so brushing can damage it.

This only applies if you've eaten food/drinks containing higher amounds of acid, which she didn't expect the fruit, but it's on a minimum, and won't damage. It would be far worse to have a soda, and then immediatly brush your teeth. That would literally brush away your enamel.
