I have started doing this today buddy, thanks for the encouragement and motivation. Will try to do it everyday 3 times (1 minute duration). I can do plank but not more than 30-40sec plus never tried it more than once TILL TODAY !!! Slowly will do 3 sets in the evening too. Appreciate your motivation and support.
