It's the final day of my Fusion Flow workout series and we are wrapping up with a Total Body HIIT Yoga Workout. These yoga inspired HIIT exercises will help build strength, improve mobility, flexibility and balance. It's been a fun, sweaty week and this is the perfect full body workout to leave us finish feeling strong, powerful and energized.

Having taken a hiatus on my fitness journey, this was a series that I found I could follow through and not beat myself up for not being able to complete a workout and being unfit. Thank you for adding this to your mix of workouts. I look forward to getting stronger and more motivated and trying some of the other videos.

Awesome workout! This was perfectly challenging and I loved the repeated exercises. I've stared incorporating yoga/pilates style workouts in between lifting and other higher intensity days and I feel like it's been improving my posture and form. I'd love to see another fusion flow series that incorporates more workouts in this style!

This was so much harder than it looked. Really worked up a sweat! Thanks for another great workout program, Heather. You're the best. I appreciate having this fusion series to accompany the 12-week program because sometimes my body needs a workout that doesn't involve heavy weights. :)

This series was the change of pace I didn’t know I needed. Really benefited from the stretching, lengthening, and type of movement versus our usual. I love our usual, however. This seemed to rid me of some kinks I thought were just my “new normal.” Thank you, Heather. I’m 66 and the fittest in my life, thanks to your programs. If it wasn’t for the lockdown, I never would have found you: silver lining.

So love this series!! I’m 53 and just over 5 ft. I can honestly say, I really notice changes in my stubby legs! (And no knee pain!) Thank you so much for making us a little longer and leaner!! 💕

It was an amazing starter back to my workout routine ... I had to take a long rest for more than a month, since I was constantly ill and I felt working out makes it even worse. So I took a deliberate pause and then started with this program, since it is slower and without weights, which makes it perfect to get back to the routine. I feel just great, healthy and so ready to continue. Thank you, Heather, specially for all your diverse workouts, which make so easy for us to choose something.

Hey, just completed this series 🥳 and LOVED it! Need to modify the side plank by bending at the knee on the lower leg (still recovering from a bike injury). I’m also doing the push-ups on my knees! imagine that I used to do them with my feet on a bench 🤓… you are the best Heather, I love every training you do and you make me workout hard. Happy Mother’s Day to the moms killin’ it with Heather! This was the PERFECT way to start my day. I absolutely loved this lengthening & strengthening hiit yoga! I topped it off with 10 minute Tabata abs (an old favorite) and a long dog walk. ☮️

The lyric “I feel like I have no control” during the second round of side plank leg lifts…never has a lyric perfectly met me in the moment like that. Thought I was going to roll onto my face each time!

If your goal is to get stronger through all ranges of motion this is a fantastic program! I did not do it in 7 days but across 14 days and I loved it! Heather has moves in there I have never seen before and moves that I thought would be easy.... wrong. All of her workouts were a great burn and made me sore the next day (but not too sore). I will definitely be doing more of her yoga and pilates work outs :)

I love the 7 days fusion. I've spent the past few years just hoping on a treadmil and nothing else. I have ditched the the treadmil and started using my own body to move and these have been perfect i just want to build my strength, flexibility and stability back. More 7 day fusions please

I've officially been working out with you for a full year! Although I have more room for growing my strength, the difference in my body this last year has been insane. I actually have visible back and arm muscles for the first time in my life!! Thank you for being a wonderful trainer!!

Really loved this!!! I attend 2 yoga classes a week and do strength training with Heather and Sydney and this hiit style of yoga is a great way to help with the strength, balance and coordination needed in yoga flows! As always HR smashes it!!
