If I could afford any coach, it would Charles. He just does so many simple variations and cues to regular movements that you don't realize.

Charles Glass ought to have picked up on the incorrect deadlifting technique demonstrated by his protegé. A deadlift is not a squat!! Ouch!

A deadlift for bodybuilding is NOT the same as a deadlift for powerlifting!

I’m with you ! But i normally say to my clients, do pullups if you can do 4-5 reps Otherwise you resistent band

Why do they always get bodybuilders to demonstrate deadlifts? They don't know how. Get someone who really knows, such as a powerlifter to demonstrate how. The guy in this video squats his deadlift.

I wouldn't train with Charles glass... I WOULD GO FOR ROBBY ROBINSON. Glass looks like he'll train you, not give a shit whether or not you make your goals and take your money and that's why bodybuilders keep dropping him.
