For me professionally (and personally, of course) this is one of the most important things to have: the capability of reflection - only with this there's evolution. Although this seems quite philosophical or intangible to some I believe critical thinking is the essential ability/skill/perspective to have. Do you believe having frameworks (or any other thing) in place to potentially help people reflect is something possible or is just another thing that's taken hostage by "everything-is-a-framework" trend? I think we should look and develop prompts for helping us to reflect on specific moments (as you mentioned, after a project is finished) but they shouldn't be artificial nor anti-natural to people, otherwise is just another checklist - that's the biggest question for me - how to naturally prompt reflection?

Here's a series of prompts I suggest people use (if they feel they need them). * What user research activity did you carry out? Include the date, the type of research, a short description of the activity, the sample size, the session length, and the total time spent. * Why did you do that specific user research activity rather than something else? * What, specifically, went well? Try to identify 2-3 aspects. * What, specifically, went badly? Try to identify 2-3 aspects. * Analyse. For each of the aspects you have identified as good or bad, ask “Why?” Be careful to avoid superficial reflection and aim for a deeper level of understanding. Consider using the “5 Whys” technique to get a fuller understanding. * Integrate into your practice. Thinking about what went well, how can you apply it to other situations? Under what situations might this approach not be effective? * Ask, “What if?” Thinking about what went badly, how can you prevent this from happening in the future? What would you do differently in this type of situation next time?
