എൻ്റെ biceps 12 inch ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോ 13.25 inch ആയി. പക്ഷേ 6-7 മാസം കൊണ്ട്. ചെറിയ muscle groups ആയ biceps, triceps എല്ലാം slow growth ആണ്. പക്ഷേ glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, lats എല്ലാം വലിയ muscles ആയത് കൊണ്ട് കൂടുതൽ വേഗത്തിൽ വളരും.

I was playing barbell biceps curls 2 sets nicely with a moderate weight, then suddenly instructor came and asked me to add weight, i just increased it however just after 2 reps i felt lower backpain because of heavy weight and probably uneven swing. Now taking rest 😢
