Love this video. I do this every week, sometimes even twice a week! I can feel the difference almost immediately. I guess I have extremely tight hips haha.

I have arthritis and torn medial meniscus of left knee so the cross leg positions are a bit painful. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you! This is a great workout and I’m already seeing results! Ps. I am 65 years young

Thanks for making a nice sequence. You both seem like sweet and happy people. Initially I had a few questions from your intro and hoped you could help clarify some things. Are you sure hips are largest joint in body? Most medical texts show the knee as being so. When referencing “stuff” being stuck here, are you referring to ligamentous substance, ground substance, muscular adhesions or something else? As a Yoga Therapist I am both equally concerned to always learn more but also make sure that much of the inaccuracies spread are rectified. Look forward to learning more with you. :)

question! if you have tightness more on one side than the other, would it be appropriate to hold a stretch or position on that side longer? or should both sides be held for equal time? thanks!

Well, after a few weeks of doing this routine every couple of days, I am finding that things are opening up and loosening. There’s one tight muscle deep in my glutes on one side that is hanging on and I know it’s the one that causes me leg pain if I don’t keep on top of my daily stretching. One day, I’ll defeat it. Okay, time to get moving!
