Let’s try and switch the “cheat meal” to food that fuels my body. Yes it is so important to eat Healthy, but it’s just as important to have a healthy relationship with food. That starts with eating when you crave those things and maintaining balance. If you start labeling foods like this “bad” it will start a toxic relationship im sure someone like you wouldn’t want

10000% agree! In general I never view food as cheats or non cheats but in the sense of the program it is labeled as such which I why I used that languaging.. I agree I should’ve worded it differently though! Thank you for that reminder!💜
