50-70€/week would be great. Thats not reeeally a tight budjet but an average one i think 🤓😚

I can’t believe how much you eat and it’s all healthy but if I ate like that I wouldn’t have the body you have - your body is so fit !!!! I need to see how much exercise you do as I would love to eat that much food and look like you :)

Yes! I live in spain too, you give me so many ideas about what to buy and eat. I agree with Carolina Edge comment, I usually spend 80-110 euros per week for two and I always try to chose healthy options.

Losing weight is not easy…🔥🔥🔥 It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. And while there are no shortcuts to reaching your health and fitness goals, looking back 6 months ago I was 264lbs but now I’m 163lbs. It was pure sacrifice, so I’m here to encourage anyone trying to lose weight not to give up 🔥🔥🔥

I am a nurse clinician working on a unit of adolescent with eating disorders. I usually hate seeing « what I eat in a day » videos because sometimes it shows diets that aren’t good for health and it can really trigger someone! I like the fact that you mention that not anyone should follow the exact same diet as you and also the fact that you are showing the « treats » you are allowing yourself. It really makes all the difference ❤️

This is my fave "what I eat in a week" video. The others I've looked up take WAY too long to describe like three meals. This one describes 21 meals with macros and doesn't get sidetracked with recipes and the cooking process (there are other videos for that.) Exactly what I wanted in 11 minutes, thank you.

@@juliette1724 well.. I'm from Italy and here those are tortelli. Tortellini are smaller and you usually eat them with veggie/ meat broth. If they have ricotta, spinach, chorizo or cheese in it, is tortelli , not tortellini.

I’ve been struggling and pretty restrictive to myself and my diet nowadays. But watching your video, have opened up my eyes the way what healthy diet looks like. It shouldn’t be stressful, it should be the one that you can maintain it to your lifestyle. Thank you for the video! Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. For us, a whole-food plant-based diet was a life-saver. We also say that "you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving!" So keep exercising, eat well, and calm the mind to lower stress ... anyone can be young at any age. We're doing research on channels like this for our new Healthy-Aging Advice KZfaq channel to inspire others. This helped a lot. Keep up your good work.

Sure she is eating what she wants (atleast she claims) and a healthy amount of calories for her height but she is still dieting when she doesn't need to so she still doesn't have the healthiest mindset. If you are that body size and shape you shouldn't publicly go on a diet especially when you have that many followers. Just promotes unhealthy ideals

Counting calories isn’t unhealthy, it allows you to have the knowledge about food to be able to intuitively eat. What’s unhealthy in diet culture is starving yourself and bouncing between that and bingeing

she doesn't count calories because she already knows how to track her macros hun.. bodybuilders don't track cal they track mac. If you hit your macros on every meal your cal will always add up.

This like all your videos has a tempo that keeps you watching. The workouts are amazing but I what you eat is even better. I like the fact that you include protein in every meal and do not rely solely on the protein shakes. I also think it's great that you give into your cravings now and then as it is only human to have them. Love everything you post on IG, great role model to have within the fitness world!

I just had to say THANK YOU. Seriously, you helped me start to heal and build a much better and healthier relationship with food and exercise. It would have been so easy to slip back into old habits of dieting, restricting and over excersing during quarantine without the knowledge you have provided us and you being so real and raw with us in your videos. There's still plenty of fat that could be lost (just look at really lean bodybuilders, especially close to a show) though I personally think her current bodyfat% is gorgeous (and obviously healthy) I totally respect any goals anyone has and she'll be beautiful and inspirational either way.

@@esmee6308 I know, but really lean bodybuilders don't keep that bodyfat% down to a minimum for a long time. I don't think Sophie is competing (at least I don't know about any shows or smth), so she's probably going for more of a sustainable physique. Please don't assume that I do not respect Sophie and her goals, I definitely do. But I personally think she already is really really lean and as you said gorgeous. Of course there's always more fat that could be lost, but you wouldn't want to start losing essential bodyfat...

@@una5136 She never specified how much and there's a lot between slightly more visible abs or competition ready. I never said you don't respect her goals, I simply said I did because it's a very personal decision and affects everyone differently. In my case for example the difference between 62-65kg and 66-69kg is absolutely massive, my abs are visible in the full range but at 62-65kg my face slims down significantly without sacrificing my well-being. It's edging the limits of a healthy bodyfat% and veins are more visible than I'd like, but it's where I'm overall at my happiest. Any lower than that and consequences become noticeable, my face sinks and I lose the fat in my bum which causes discomfort when sitting. Any higher and I don't like how I look unless I dip into overweight ranges (since that's where my breast fill up to a nice curvy figure.) As bonus due to chronic pain, less weight I bear, the less pain I've got. Yet I get people's opinion on what they think would look the best for me all the time, without asking them just because my veins and pump show a bit more than females generally want. Once I show them where the fat goes, they tend to get it.

@@esmee6308 I still find it problematic that people obsess over this. Women especially naturally have some "padding" (biologically) and I personally like to have some curves. Of course everyone can choose their own goals, I just find the beauty aesthetic where you strive to remove all fat from your body very questionable.

@@surlespasdondine It is unhealthy, I won't argue against that. But, coming from a biased point of view, I do get why people make such choices and personally I see it as any other less optimal lifestyle choice people make, for example smoking, drinking, sleeping too little, eating unhealthy or too much, inactivity etc. For me (occasionally) leaning down to a too low bodyfat% makes me adhere to an extremely good diet (basically all whole foods, loads of veggies, some fruit, protein sources, healthy fats and filler carbs where I can afford them.) Rigid sleep schedule and that kind of seeps over into a more rigid day schedule. The low bodyfat becomes my only 'vice' so to say.

In school I actually learned when doing weights etc you need to eat a lil carbs before excercising cus you only use glycogen with weight lifting so you can burn muscle. When doing cardio you don't have to eat before cus you use carbs fat & protein before you burn your muscle

@@alexme1014 I'm not sure about combining , I would think it would be good to eat some carbs before because you're doing cardio and weights so you need glycogen

@@alexme1014 you can actually ditch cardio altogether and just lift weights with continuous overload meaning increase the weights every session! What you eat is more important than how much activity you have, but if you want to appear lean you need to create muscle but maintain low body fat. Ensure you get enough sleep daily (6-8 hrs) and drink plenty of water + don’t be afraid to eat to fuel your body. Start there and you’ll eventually figure it out as you advance :)

I’m so happy you made this video! It came at such a great time too as I just decided to start working for a body recomp. However, I wasn’t totally sure how to go about with my meals to help me out. I loved watching everything you ate in a week! It gave me some great ideas! I really really liked how you explained your different calorie intake amounts per each day based on your activity! People who hop onto KZfaq don’t understand that your calorie intake is based off of your own individual movement! What I liked about the video is that you showed variety for people like me. Who are just starting out their fitness/health journey. It’s a great example set for us. I liked how you told us the calories in each meal and how you focus on getting all the right macro in each day. Loved it!

Watched this yesterday and LOVED it but then I saw tour giveaway story on Insta and had to let you know! Ik haal veel inspiratie uit jouw video's, zowel voor maaltijden als voor workouts. Ik volg je nu een jaar en merk dat ik veel meer kennis heb gekregen mbt sporten en gezond eten door de video's op KZfaq en Instagram. Daarom kijk ik je video's super graag. Ik vind het leuk dat ik in deze video kan zien wat je door de hele week eet ipv een dag. Ik ga de maaltijden zeker een keer uitproberen !
