Apparently,that’s what they told me on a fake account,that nothing could change wanting a relationship with me,eight weeks later I was unblocked on the real account and says he’s in a relationship past month with a girl with three kids after abandoning his own child here.

Coach Lee, I can't thank you enough. You are truly my saviour, especially during my darkest times. I followed your no contact rule for around three months and now he wants me back. Even though at that time he told me that we will never get back together etc. After following everything you said, I did it. I lost hope SO MANY times and I kept on questioning whether this would actually work, but I chose to believe in you and the no contact rule and here I am now. I am so thankful that I found your channel. I remember watching your videos literally EVERYDAY after my breakup, It's so hard and painful to do the no contact thing and each time I almost break the no contact I always go back to watch your videos. I remember scrolling through the comments on each videos just to read people's success stories, and I never thought I would write my own on your comment section one day. @@sliceinher Hang in there, you got this! Please don't lose hope! Just stick to whatever coach lee says and if you feel like breaking no contact just run to his videos. No contact is very powerful and it taught me soooo many lessons. It made me a better version of myself because the method itself has forced me to learn patience. :-) best of luck!

How to deal with the resentment towards them ? When they left you during one of the most difficult and crucial period of life whereas you were standing strong with them during theirs. This type of betrayal can easily drown one person into anxiety and depression .And it just gets more difficult to fight when you see everything crumbling right in front of your eyes.

Empathetic people a lot of times get intertwined and start to date a narcissistic person but the reality is to except it and walk away ... love yourself and if they are supposed to be in your life , they have a lot of catching up to you to do. Pain is real and the feelings of love are raw, put the feelings of love onto yourself and love you and realize that time will heal. I am 6 months NC... I know how you feel but you have to love yourself more and just let go. We don’t know what is around the bend but you will be the best Version of yourself if you don’t crumble and you know your worth. Stay Strong

At first I was angry and vengeful at the way it was done, but now almost 8 months later and after a lot of self reflection, I realize I was handed the gift of not having to spend my life with a selfish, narcissistic, useless human being with no goals and no empathy. Therefore, I am happy now and forgot what his face looks like. I wonder, why would one want to get back together with someone. It's over and it's for the best. Be happy all. Also, remember that Time is your friend. I think we all have a self preservation trigger wired into our brains that helps us heal and forget.

Mine had one , to my knowledge he is gone , we had a 3 year relationship, and with a 2 yr old , I stayed in no contact but only to take care of the kiddo when needed. She has been giving some signals , but I'm still holding strong I have time on my side. Take care of yourself and level up yourself they will come back , I was the giver and fixer in the relationship, and I decided after her threatening me about leaving the past 3 years, I got pissed and told her to leave , trust me no contact does work just make yourself a you 2.0 , better yourself all the way. They will come back hold your ground on the relationship when he or she comes back set boundaries also , I am the man and the supporter for the family and will not sway my goals for anyone

It’s about to barely be 4 months. She left me for a married fool, destroyed a marriage, and the guys wife just had his child. I was with her for about 4 years. The thing with the rebound relationship is that I don't know how some people would be okay with their ex dating and sleeping with someone else and then coming back to them? I would never accept that, that is the lowest point for someone. The moment your ex sleeps with someone else should be done for you, in your head. You should definitely try to move on after this. How much I'm trying to get her back I wish to succeed before she is meeting someone else because if that happens, I will never be able to take them back knowing they've been with someone else. Even tho it's good for you because they realized they want you and all that. Doesn't matter, they slept with someone else. They abandon you, they are being selfish and don't stay to work on yourselves together, they dump you and then also sleeping and being with someone else? Who would want to be with someone like that? You should get your strengths and start to move on for good.

1 month of NC and she found herself a new guy. Basically a rebound and definitely a guy with nothing going on on his life. I spent all this time learning from coach lee. But the simple fact that she found someone new that fast is denigrating. Especially when I the dumpee raised my personal value. I just wanted to vent and say that I did loved her and gave her everything I could. Really saw our future but she sabotaged it for her emotional reasons. And if she says no, you just move on? And if she says yes you check if there might be a chance to restart your relationship? I think either way this will probably hurt your heart again. Threw out all the little things I never notice in my room , I ripped a card I was keeping from him, I threw out about anything and everything he bought me (which he whined about buying me) and I got so much more space and decluttering done :) wow that’s so awesome I didn’t know how much pieces he always left behind carelessly that took up so much of my space and my life. If you had emotions that was strong for the person, wait before dating someone new until you heal and feel ready, that can take 1 month or 1 year. Never rebound. Dont feel stressed meeting someone new, even if your ex has met someone. Its about you own emotions, your own soul and happiness. Emotions just dont die easy, even if you are hurt. It is normal. Wait until you are ready.

Before I stumble on your channel. I'm in no contact with my ex for 2 months now. I've been watching your old videos since then and I've learned a lot. Being in no contact with someone you still love or care helps you grow as a person. Focus on your goals. Don't give them so much attention. Just live your life. You have to know with your own self that you are worth it before you gravitate them back.

Coach Lee sadly it has been 5 months since our break up. I have broken down to many times and contacted him. 14 years of raising our kids and loving each other. But you remain right. I have restarted my countdown again on No Contact. The first 24 hours is always the hardest.

I went NC coach, she reached out after around 2 weeks. We went for coffee and she told me if i still love her. I was unprepared and after a long staring her i said yes cuz i didn't know if i should've been honest or not.I think i've blow it up and i don't know what to do next. This is so good! I haven’t broke the no contact rule since January when he told me he needed time. I do work with him, but I just keep it light and simple. I was depressed and everything for a couple months, but as of right now I am happy and looking into the future. He will see that in person and the way I’m communicating, but he said he needed time so I hope he’s happy with the new girl, but when he comes around again I will be gone.

I’ll ask him out for drinks some time but if he says no then no big deal onto the next one. I’m just glad I didn’t have to deal with that loser I was talking about on here. Now I’m experienced enough to know 1 st acknowledge any wrong. Let them know you want to stay together. 2nd leave them and go no contact. 3rd I make new matches the next day and start working on self otherwise The anxiety becomes overwhelming and your stomach hurts. I’m not saying jump into another relationship right away but having the social connection and validation after the rejection along with reevaluating your life goals will help. At the end of the day our time in this reality is temporary and a relationship with another person should enhance the life you enjoy as an individual. Looking into your fitness finances and future goals it’s a perfect time to heal to dedicate to a great routine. I wish you all the best❤️. It will always 🦂 sting.

To anyone reading this, this shit works. I'm in a very unusual situation (more of a casual/poly situationship that ended and they still wanted to be in contact and hook up from time to time) and I don't think we're ever going to get back together (cause we were never really together in the first place). But the more I've not contacted them, the more they reach out to me. The more I don't contact them, the more respect I have for myself, which I can bring to the table when my ex reaches out to me. Do it for yourself.

Good stuff coach lee. I watched you for months now & I followed every advice. My situation was short but I did no contact right away. Thanks to your videos it helped me ALOT. After 30 days he broke. He texted me 2 days ago & I haven't responded. Due to my emotions & I did all I could to heal from it for 5 weeks. Worked out etc took my anger out that way. I really thought I wasn't gonna hear from him again & that message caught me off guard. He texted to see if I was ok. - we broke up & mind you I was the dumpee, he used the excuse of it's me not you. I'm not ready for a relationship... he wasnt over his toxic ex so I moved out. I clinged on for 2 weeks & after that he said hes talking to his ex again as friends but part of me feels like he was lying so I could leave him alone . Idk what to do coach. I'm literally stuck. I love him but I don't wanna be an option...

I would advise go into no contact and let him come to you so then it increases your value, if you keep in contact then he’s more likely to treat you as an option since he’s nothing to lose

Can I ask a question I haven't seen you answer before? So me and my ex were dating for nearly two months and we were great together. It just felt right with her and that we would always be together. I'm from the Republic of Ireland and she's from Northern Ireland (You can imagine that certain friends and family members weren't ok with this). However, because of Covid, both our countries went into lockdown and we knew we wouldn't get to see each other for months. My ex didn't want to go months without seeing me so she broke it off. I've been doing NC for 3 months now but my country is still in lockdown. Is there a chance she wanted to reach out at some point but didn't because she knew we still wouldn't be able to see each other. Great content by the way. Has really made dealing with this break up a little easier.

This is a really good video.. 38 days of no contact after I caught my ex of 2 years cheating, confronted him and he left ME. I did make it a difficult breakup.. and it dragged out for 2 weeks, haven’t heard from him. He doesn’t go on social media so 🤷🏽♀️ don’t know what’s going on with him but definetly positive he’s with the girl I found out about and he’s stubborn, but I will never reach out to him again no matter how bad I’m hurting.

Hey Lee thank you for all you do. I watched your vids. Immediately after a totally toxic relationship of 10 years and a horrible breakup I immediately implemented no contact. Freaking hard. I watched and watched. After 30 days I reached out. She returned fire with a lot of hostility a lot. I kept cool and didn’t react and responded in calm cool manner. Same here, I also listened to clay Andrew’s and by god I wish I didn’t, he talks the biggest load of rubbish with his “advanced relational” skills garbage and made me anxious enough that I contacted him to build a connection according to him even though he was reaching out to me. Doing that actually Made me feel worse as I felt he was only responding out of politeness. Coach lee as well as other coaches that promote your ex must be the one to reach out to you and initiate are correct. It’s more genuine when it comes from them whereas if you reach out they may respond but could just be being cordial. Also ignoring your ex is bullshit as well, if they directly reach out, please respond!!!

Don’t listen to clay Andrew’s where he says contact when you feel ready to build an emotional connection, your best option is no contact as it allows them to miss you, don’t be contacting them as it delays them missing you and re opens old wounds but I know it’s hard, I’m sorry he hasn’t contacted yet 😞 Though I know in another of coach lees videos separation anxiety tends to peak between 45 days and 75 days roughly

Clay Andrew’s tries to appeal by not agreeing to the no contact rule as that’s what most will want to hear, but no contact is best and let them come to you

My ex left after 15 months of dating. I was crushed but then I really worked hard and was grinding for my last year in Varsity for graduation and I finally built my pc. Just as I got over the fear of loss and was good without her. I got a call from a friend apparently my ex hit him up and was asking about me and really wanted to talk. He played the middle man. She was scared I moved on completely, or maybe I was still angry at her that I'd chase her away or that I'd boast about the fact that she came back and basically have an ego boost. We're still taking things slow obviously at my pace. But all I can say is, just hang on guys. There's a lot of factors and things also happening in their life. If you do things right, you will be at a right place where you're okay if she comes back or not and that's the mindset you wanna have.

See I made the mistake of reaching out to my Ex after 3 weeks of no contact. I politely asked how she was and was ignored. So I then went and sent a message saying that I respect her decision not to reply, but I do wish she hadn’t kicked me out of her life by text etc. and wishing her well, saying goodbye etc. That message rattled her cage to which she replied “I did not kick you out of my life”, and “you said text when I was ready etc”, none of which I actually said to her. I really do wish I stayed in no contact now, but that little conversation has actually made me more confident without her.

Come on guys, they are not coming back and you know it. Coach Lee helped me by giving hope during those really hard times after the break up and I thank him for that, but ultimately I had to step up and kill that hope in order to move on. If you wanna feel good again you have to be strong first and kill the hope, it hurts but it's the only thing that works. I wish you the best guys.

Daniel, while I'm sorry that it appears your ex isn't coming back, that doesn't mean that no ex ever comes back. It just doesn't. I have an email box that is overwhelmed by people telling me about their ex coming back. It happens every day. In every situation? Unfortunately not, but it happens quite a bit. Again, I'm sorry about your situation if your ex isn't coming back and I wish you the very best. There is someone better out there.

I dreamt of seeing a person killed last night. That male person impersonated my attempts to get back together I think. It hurted so much to see it dying hanging upside-down in the air, bleeding.. I almost woke up with a heart attack. My whole body is hurting the day after. .. is this an unconscious sign that my love died? That my relationship with him died?

I realized my ex is so immature during the no contact rule. He wanted the perfect relationship. One of the reasons we broke up was bc I didn’t share his “interests.” Going to music festivals and snowboarding 🙄. Also claimed he loved me but was not willing to work on the relationship with me bc we lost the spark. That’s not true love. I realized I am better off moving on than waiting for this immature person to come back.

@@coreybart2783 I met up with him a month ago when he traveled to my state for work. We talked and laughed and got along well. It was a hood meeting. We kissed and hugged and loved on each other and he went back to his state and I stayed here. I haven’t spoken to him since. I went back into no contact. I feel like if it’s meant to be we will find our way back to each other. We are 4 hours apart so it’s not like we will just bump into each other randomly so it will take some effort but I won’t be reaching out . I’m letting him if he wants .

Coach Lee, how about a situation in which the ex himself made the breakup difficult? He kind of sort of said he wanted to break up over the phone, then he said he wanted to speak in person, then he canceled last minute because he felt too nervous and sad - after I asked if he was sure he wanted to talk in person. Plus the huge embarrassment because he did not show up. It seems to me like he made the breakup harder on himself and that could delay relief - and make it even harder for him to eventually reach out. 1 month of NC. Thanks! You are fantastic!

Hey guys me and this girl was in a lrd and we live in different countries our relationship was abit toxic and it was mostly me that always messes up this was my first relationship and i was still learning yk but she gave me alot of chances and i kept going back to my ways we still had fun and she seemed just as happy as me she dumped me 2 days ago and said she needs to focus on herself also her mental and physical health and her new job she said i make feel unmotivated and sucks her energy she blocked me on everything and i have no way of contacting her i really cared about her and never argued with her and always wanted to talk our problems out and was always motivated her and being nice to her she said i lacked confidence and i put ppl first instead of me she said i am unproductive but every day i work and when i got home i go to the gym then i study plus i make timd for her i go to bed around 3am and wake up like 7 she still dumped me i still love her and i want her back do yall think i still have a chance?
