Awesome! I slipped in the rain and hurt my wrist in my 20’s. No fractures or anything but 20 years later it still hurts only during yoga. I’ve mostly done fists especially when having to brace under/behind my core and when arms are straight down even with shoulders. No idea what I did to myself back then but I hope to try some more of these options. Thank you!

After my skateboarding accident, I had a pinched nerve in my wrist I bought wrist wraps for yoga I've healed from my injury from last year I've been using gloves with wrist wraps and were beneficial for me and my recovery

I often use Yoga Jellies and they are great for pain-free support - though they are not building wrist strength.

I keep getting a really painful big toe from crescent lunging. It’s weird because it’s only on my right toe the other one is fine. Any tips would be really appreciated ❤

Sarah, just wanted you to know that I respect your persistence for making these simple yet effective video’s. To me yoga is sometimes part of my life and sometimes not. The last few months I’ve only seen your short clips, in which I assumed your where occupied with how you looked. To me it seemed superficial. A pure, wise and beautiful woman as I perceive you to be (I am not and therefore don’t want to offend or disrespect your husband/partner.) Seemed to be occupied with looks. While there is so much more in you that generates (authentic) connection. These clear and calm presentations are the spark that overreaches lips, eyebrows, hair, etc. It is so warm and inspiring to see and hear you actually teach and connect the yoga essence with (mostly practical, sometimes philosophical) approaches That simple steady persistence is inspiring and creates a deep connection with your essence. 🤗🙏

In my case, I have a massive ganglion cyst in my left wrist that makes bending back very painful and actually limits how much it can bend back. Ill probably need to have it surgically removed eventually...

I occasionally use wrist straps that wrap around and Velcro. This adds additional support. And where do you get your yoga tanks? I love how they fit loosely in the torso.

That's tough to tell, ask your doctor first. Aak them if fists, dumbbells or spiderfingers would be better. My guess would be dumbbells
