You make 20 minutes feel like 20 seconds of peace & wanting to do more. I’ve lacked the discipline to keep and maintain wellness, exercise, meditation even when I really want those things. But I’ve been coming back for about a week & that feels amazing. 3 times last week hopefully more this week! Your so encouraging & welcoming, saying hey is your heart rate up a lil bit, breath a lil wheezy so you feel that, that’s you doing it. Honoring your body ❤😊

I was consistently doing your videos ever since the pandemic started, and this summer I got off track and haven’t done anything in about a month. This video was exactly what I needed today & reminded me of what I’ve been missing and how my body doesn’t feel the same when I don’t stay consistent.

Thank you for sharing this flow with us. I come here after a 30 min jog and it helped me so much with any pain or stress on my joints and muscles. These videos have helped my recovery 10x more than I expected and for that I am forever grateful.

I'm just starting out on yoga with your classes cause i love how relaxing it is. For some reason everytime I lift my legs (or try to) my bottom back like where the end of spine is hurts so much.. Hopefully 🙏 if i keep practicing, I'll be able to do it with no problem 😊 Thank you so much for your videos i love the 15 minute session and I love this 20 minute session i did today!

I'm not a yogi, but I am a hypermobile massage therapist, so my wrists see a lot of overextension. It will get better with practice, you will get stronger, but it also helps to warm up the wrists a little more before a session with gentle rolls and shakes. A good stretch I do for my wrist extensors is extending your arms out to the sides, palms up, then curling your fingers to make a fist. You should feel a stretch in the tops of your forearms. Hold it for 10 seconds-ish, then release. Do a few of those. It's an ulnar nerve stretch, but has helped my wrists too. In the meantime, you can adjust the angle of your wrist so it isn't so severe. Try focusing on letting your entire hand make equal contact with the mat. I've found that when I let just the heel of my hand do most of the work, I'm hurting after.
