At 19 years old, Flynn McGarry is younger than most of his staff at Gem, his restaurant in New York City.

All that really matters is what is on the plate(s), not the age of the Chef. He found his passion early and had the encouragement to run as far and fast as he could with it. When schools demand that our kids focus on only sports and college they limit the potential for success.

People saying his parents funding him stuff.. you see a lot of children whos parents are waaaay wealthier than him dont even do a finger tip useful successfull i may say of what he's doing. Learn how to appriciate guys..

Dime a dozen...the thing about this chef trend... anyone can cook. But not all can multi task. An exceptional cook can prep, cook and clean up while managing all others 24/7!

Alot easier when ur parents are rich to help you start out. Makes it easier to become that chef at a young age like that. Ive seen alot of people with that talent but since they don't have the money they will never get those opportunities that he did. But hope the best to the kid he does have true talent, and is doing very well.

I mean his parents split and he started young and honed his skill. He started cooking for money at 12, and he's talked about finding funding for his restaurant and how he had to find outside funders. Sure money helps but money isnt gonna take you this far, at some point youre gonna need skills and this kid obviously has them

Khaelin Irvin it’s more than likely a 5 or 6 course meal including dessert and this is fresh market food not food from a food truck shipped from other countries. You get what you pay for hence mc Donald’s cheap prices.....
