my concern is the front battery pack, in case of a medium accident they might explode because they are going to get the first hit

I know you were asking for more projects. But at some point, your neighbors are going to start complaining that you’re running an automotive shop out of your garage. You are going to need a commercial space.

For a first build, props. Next time time try to make the fenders wrap around the wheels closer. The gap around the tires and fenders looks kind of big for a super car, but other than that 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In my opinion, brands should be obliged by law to release or have available to purshase their blueprints, and the blueprints of all parts in their models. If the car is newer then the 3d model should be available from them as well.

For joining 3D printed parts, I'm wondering if it would be possible to use Prusa slicer's feature for creating pegs to join parts. It would require making the part thicker around the joints, but would save some manual work of plastic welding or gluing parts together after.

An alternative to that white spray is talcum powder (baby powder). Dust it in, scan, then blow it off when you are done.

Go to SEMA! That is going to be by far the best opportunity to meet potential customers, other builders, and most importantly, other KZfaqrs. Gaining exposure to the KZfaq community will help with everything you’re doing - sponsorships, views and subscribers, and a lineup of good projects to work on. Your shop is pretty unique - there are tons of people restoring old cars or putting 4-link on vehicles to make them go offroad, but almost nobody is focusing on EV conversion. I see an untapped part of the KZfaq entertainment market! Try to get some face-time with the big car channels like B is for Build (goes to SEMA every year), Fab Rats, Grind Hard Plumbing Co., Crucible Coachworks, etc. I know Grind Hard has been getting more into EV mods lately, but they kinda don’t know what they are doing, so I see a collaboration with them being a really good opportunity. Go meet some of these guys and talk about your love for cars. Share your passion and they will remember you and invite you back to collaborate with them in the future. And you’ll get a chance to gain exposure to their fanbase and sponsor-partners. You offer content on your channel that I can’t find anywhere else - careful, technical EV builds by someone who knows what is going on rather than someone who just randomly plugs stuff in hoping for the best. People love to watch the expert work- they’ll eat it up if you can reach that crowd and make sure the videos are edited to showcase your passion. I think you have the seeds of success here, just got to water them

Web developer tip 42. Never ever trust data submitted from "a form" Filter everything! Simple is better. Who needs a million jquery libraries? Everything from scratch or using wordpress? Don't trust 3rd party plugin code. It's ok to be fancy sometimes. The fun stuff is in the css anyway... I do php and linux and stuff, but only as a hobby. Open source, but check your references... ;)
