The one time I used palm shortening, it was the worst pie dough . When shortening gets cold, it cracks not like butter or lard.

I love what i see and plan to make this bread. Can you confirm that you used only 2 teaspoons instant yeast and 1 Tablespoon salt which seems a lot of salt. Just checking.

I just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it up and it comes out the same. These people do the same thing when no one is around to film a cool video. I watched for the rolling technique. Homemade pasta is easy and wonderful to taste. Thanks for video.
