Every single one of these KZfaq videos of Allan is genius, no two are the same even if it's the same composition. Pure genius, R.I.P.

Most people will leave this earth not knowing who Virgil Donati was. Even many drummer enthusiasts. But those who know... know. It's hard to believe anyone will ever come close to the heights he has conquered. Truly prodigious drummer and human being. He is a symbol of what a human can achieve on this earth. A messenger of the sublime. I'm grateful I had the chance to listen to him during my lifetime.

Simply put, this is one of the best albums I ever came across. Ans trust me, I know a few. Truly the work of a musical genius with the help of a bunch of giant artists on every discipline. This should be watched by the kids in every school all over the place. you grow la huge love for this musical journey instantly. Virgil you. probably are not enough aware of the stature of this work but it is really huge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. As a guitar player and music lover, you blew my mind with this masterpiece. Much love from West Spain ❤❤

This tune is just as potent as when it first came out.
What an insane band! Such a shame there's no official live release from that period, especially when looking at the setlist! At the 0:39 mark, in the bottom left corner, the set was: - Fred (Tony Williams Lifetime) - Letters of Marque - Texas - Water on the Brain - ???? - Looking Glass - Pud Wud - Desert Girl (Planet X) - The Thinking Stone (Planet X) - ???? - Mr. Spock (Tony Williams Lifetime) - Devil Take the Hindmost - Red Alert (Tony Williams Lifetime) - Proto-Cosmos (Tony Williams Lifetime) - ???? I can't tell what the '????' songs are since the quality of that frame isn't that good...

His drumming resonates with my very soul. His precise and sharp hits are truly unique. Having already established his own style reminiscent of Virgil, his drumming is worthy of being considered a musical legacy.
