A new band to me. Not totally my thing, but I was impressed by what I hear. I really like that there are all these bands from Japan breaking out into the rest of the world 👍

I also read the book, when you recommended it to me. I am behind Don Felder....but....when they played the fundraiser for some Senator, he made a disrespectful comment that really pissed off DH and GF. I don't believe that DH and GF communicated to the other members or TOLD them they were playing it for free. I'd be pissed as well if they never told me I was working for free.

Lovebites = the epitome of pure talent and musicianship. I was lucky enough to see them live two weeks ago and man, they blew my brains out. F*cking amazing band!!!!!!!!!! (....and Miss Miyako is a GENIUS)

There is nothing that this band can't perform LIVE and thus is one of M&M's favorite songs to perform LIVE!!! This was the COVID show and this was a highly restricted venue that was DEAD, yet the band rocked the place to the ground all night. Miyako played piano, synth, keytar and guitar despite being 4/5 months pregnant and rocked through the entire set!!! These musicians will either inspire you to try harder to be better or intimidate you to the point of giving up.....LOL

"Today Is The Day" is a LoveBites' song that doesn't get too much reactor love, but imo, is very well written. From the galloping rythm, octaves, dives bombs and pinch harmonics; every note in that song just fits.

These gals just put out masterpiee after masterpiece, so now I expect nothing less from them. Miyako is the genius musical creator and all the girls back her up to the hilt , and then some. This band is like a Mac truck , plowing thru all the competition, but in such a feminine and polite way. Astounding band that people will still be talking about for decades. Would love to hear comments from Metallica, Judas Priest etc

Thank you for your continuing support for Lovebites. I went to see them play at both the London gigs of their recent tour. I was one of those watching the New Cross sound check. I regret have to say this, but the New Cross was a very poor venue for such a talented band, small, scruffy and with a tiny stage that the ladies could barely fit on. That they performed as well as they did there speaks volumes for their professionalism and dedication. The second gig at The Garage in Highbury London is much better. Still small enough to be intimate, but with a decent size stage and much better acoustics. I was near the stage on the right hand side of the auditorium where I had a good view across the stage behind Miyako to Haruna, who I watched with awe throughout the show. I'm nearly 75 and have seen a lot of good bands and musicians play in my time, including drummers such as John Bonham and Neil Peart, both of whom I love, but never one like Haruna. (Before anyone jumps on me, I'm not saying anyone is better than anyone else, the styles are different, but all equally great in my humble opinion.) I'm not a musician, my music experience is limited to a few piano lessons over 60 years ago, but I like to think I know a good or even a great musician when I hear one, and for me all the members of Lovebites are firmly in the GREAT category. 🐺

Lovebites is literally all styles of metal rolled into one band, and then performed at the highest level. And they are five hot Japanese chicks. Lovebites is unique. 2024 is their breakout year. They are established on the world stage now. They are superstars. I knew it the first time I seen them. 🤘🏼🐺🤘🏼

When the big money starts pouring in... people start getting greedy and corrupt. It's hard to avoid it. The band RUSH decided right from the start, they would each get 33% equally. Simple as that. They kept it equal and simple, and it worked.

I would love it if you could interview Don Felder. I have always been one of the Eagles' greatest fans, but it seems to me that Henley and Frey just had the worst egos. Maybe they should be called Egos instead 😂. Anyway, I always thought the others were decent human beings. I admire Felder for standing up to them.

I watched Miyako on her KZfaq channel and she has a 3 part series of her composing a song, OMG that lady has talent, the way she just comes up with the guitar riff and then just builds on it bit by bit is mesmerising.

Thank you for your reaction to LOVEBITES.😃 Very nice reaction and impression.👍👍👍👍👍 Apparently the PA💻 engineer that they had originally requested for the first UK and Belgium performances canceled at the last minute🤣 Asami-san mentioned on the radio that in the UK, the in-ear monitors were also intermittent, so they turned them off midway through the performance and managed to get through it.😭 A new PA engineer, Chris, joined from Germany, and the sound equipment blended together to create the usual ❤️LOVEBITES sound🎶❤️, and the sound quality seems to have improved at the festival in Spain.😆↗️ The sound for the second UK🇬🇧 performance was much better than the last time! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

not quitting but I've decided that I don't want to jam with a guy that I used to work with, even tho at one point I wanted to just to get out and play. Why? He mostly plays country and southern rock, and I'm more blues and metal. I do not like Southern Rock and I like the crowd it brings in even less. I decided that if we did play and try to have a band , either I have to play stuff I don't like for people I don't like , or I have to change him from his thing. If he wanted to play blues and metal he'd already be doing it. So I'll find someone else.

When you want to go further on the path of our 1.83m (6ft.+) tall Dutch Valkyrie Queen Floor Jansen(Yansen). Tour at first as their second singer Annette got ill, Floor had just 48 hours to learn the whole setlist. There is a documentary made of this world tour. 'Please learn the setlist in 48 hours Floor joined Nightwish after this iconic Wacken concert in 2013 as permanent member of the band. She even made a video reacting to herself singing Ghost Love Score at Wacken. Lots of technical info and some memories of her starting with Nightwish Also her Fan Friday videos are hilarious. Just unpack some of these and other presents she left on her channel. Also videos of her solo tour she did with songs of her impressive career. Her latest endeavour is her stunning solo album 'My Paragon. Floor is a high sensitive person, so peace and quiet is as important for her. Living by the woods in Sweden with her husband Hannes Van Dahl (drummer of the band Sabaton) daughters Freja (turned 7 years this march) and Lucy (born last october) ,a couple of horses, dogs and cats.
