If I may, seems like you put a lot of work and effort into your videos, it’s good.:.but it gets boring after 2-3 minutes. Not sure what type of identity you want your style to be, but it’s not exactly entertainment, not exactly news, not exactly documentary style…i think if you can improve on your storytelling pace, maybe add a bit of music here and there to lead emotions, it would garnish a lot more views. Just my personal opinion if you find value in it. Keep it up!

Failing to get repeats at a farmers market should have been a major red flag-I love farmer markets and I know that people will excitedly wait for and go just to have that once a week opportunity to get food from their favorite farmers market people-often feeling quite let down if they are not there or ran out for the day. If you can’t get repeats at a farmers market when you have the specialness and scarcity of limited openings, you are unlikely to get an established business off the ground. One of my favorite local Tex mex restaurants started as a food truck at farmers markets, and grew so popular they got a full blown store after covid and are always hopping whenever I go.

When I first started my business I made many of the mistakes that Peter is making. I end up spending lots of money on expensive advertising, thought I needed a large office space. 13 years later, I still over-complicate things here and there, but I've also learned to simplify and evaluate what's actually needed. With the way that he's operating things right now, he doesn't actually need a storefront, he would probably do much better with a kiosk or a food cart.
