Amazing what the camera can do. Just to figure that they can grow to a size that can cut your finger off and more, but now can't get his mouth around the tip of your finger.

$2000. R u kidding. I couldn’t get the gravel for. This would be $10k where I live and that’s with us doing all the work.

So that's how we should be burning that much wood to get container wood converted unto char. Tell us truly how much wood became useless outside the drum to get the one inside as profitable 😢

I respect all God's creatures. I have found all sizes over the years, I release them back into nature. We are losing too many of our creatures big and little.

My neighbors calve over 1000 head. Real busy people. When we started cattle they always helped us. No questions asked. They would drop what they were doing to bring a tractor over to feed our small herd, help with calving or give our first needles. Great people. How do i ever repay that.

Cows and calves are looking really good. Nice to have neighbors close by to come over and help. One thing that I have learned with newborn calves to get them to breath quickly is to take a piece of straw and tickle the inside of their nostrils to make them sneeze. Usually helps getting the mucus from their air ways along with holding them upside down like you did. Good luck with your herd.

Great advice Gregory. The tickling the nose trick has been suggested by a few others also. I’ll give it a try next time around. Good neighbors are a blessing and hard to come by. Thanks for following along 👍

Great video, thank you for sharing. It's great to have neighbors willing to come help in situations such as this. Glad that it turned out well, and that they are all thriving.

Thanks Dennis! That means a lot coming from you. Hopefully we’ll have less mistakes this year. The grass is doing good considering how little rain we’ve had. Looks like our ponds will go dry this summer unless something changes soon🙏

Thanks Robe. You know us, it’s all about another tool in the tool bag😁 Yes, we have good neighbors. Was awfully nice having a second opinion, considering I haven’t pulled a calf in a few decades.
