That´s why gangstalking is only done only by people in power, and sometimes very close neighbours or relatives get "appointed" to bully someone out of a specific house or property (other goals can be destroy career, job, love-life, finances, freedom peace and quiet, home and finances, and overall all life aspects, and to generate as much bullying and crisis as possible in all life circumstances.) But gangstalking is never done by casual random people on the streets who are not in any position of power over the targeted person, random people on the streets never do anything bad but simply go their way and mind their own business.
