I mean it sounds like a cult, but there are definitely different levels of cult and how dangerous/harmful they are to the members. We can never know for certain if the women were being secretly sexually abused or not, or if it was a weird harem, or if they had stockholm syndrome, but I suppose it is what it is. She did kind of hesitate on her answer to whether they had sexual relations with him or not though.

In Germany we have also cases like that. Look for Eduard Käseberg, he was a former therapist but unable to identify his own delusions. He used to record himself with spy-glasses where he agressively accused random ppl of gangstalking in conjunction with making noises like he is spitting. Another prominent example is Carl Phillip Trump. Yes, he is related to the former president to a certain degree... He doesn't call it gangstalking, instead he accuses everyone to be from a secret military service. His aim is a revolution by overturning the government. He calls them "mafia-fucks" and often stand signing with a megaphone in Berlin in front of official buildings. His journey is well documented till recently by the German journalist Martin Lejeune, who is living on the dole.

I have slight doubts about his sanity before he went to prison because no one who isn´t a complete nutjob would call emergency lines daily just to do some stupid over-exxagerated loud breathing. Did he think he is cool, "oooh I am so cool and I want to make everyone afraid of me by doing ghostly breathing sounds on the phone like I was some strange unknown mysterious horror film antagonist!" Followed by calling dispatchers 1000 times a day.... 1000 times, his finger prints must have gotten rubbed off by just dialing that number a 1000 times in a row. This is so stupid and insane. Was this guy bored or high or something? Was taking fingerprints in custody even possible after dialing emergency dispatchers a thousand times? :D Gangstalking on the other hand is a serious problem and world-wide on the most rapid rise ever since 2020 and everyone on the internet is talking about this phemomenon on KZfaq Reddit etc, an interesting phemomenon indeed because so many KZfaqrs are talking about this topic now. But this guy, "Yoshi" in this video, just went out daily in a rage to harass random strangers on the street who had no business at all with "Yoshi" just to accuse them of being random stalkers randomly stalking him. Real gangstalking as described by celebrities (Michael Jackson...) and later murder victims or common people like so many KZfaqrs now is done different, as a highly professional art style of destroying someone´s life. That´s why gangstalking is only done only by people in power, and sometimes very close neighbours or relatives get "appointed" to bully someone out of a specific house or property (other goals can be destroy career, job, love-life, finances, freedom peace and quiet, home and finances, and overall all life aspects, and to generate as much bullying and crisis as possible in all life circumstances.) But gangstalking is never done by casual random people on the streets who are not in any position of power over the targeted person, random people on the streets never do anything bad but simply go their way and mind their own business.

Individuals can have "psychosomatic illness" when their body and mind are not in sync (e.g. a traumatic memory that only exists somatically). But have you ever asked yourself if in this social media age, there is such a thing as sovereign-social disorder? That is the feralized-by-isolation overly-curious loner individual who rouses too much attention of our social immune system (that doesn't as a group collective intelligence really operate from a perspective resonant with our own moral feeling). The unwitting implict agents of this arm are dually self-unaware as the lack of awareness and misplaced excess (moreoften erronous) awarness of Yoshi are a dual pathology across an paradox of perspective from the individual to the collective self.
