Great guidance throughout most of the body and the gentle piano sound was just right for the relaxation and centering. So sorry that the groin and buttocks were not addressed as they to are part of the body.

I’m subscribed but can’t seem to find any more of your videos. I’m unsure how to find them to be honest. I am looking for a 20 minute meditation and I particularly like you, because I really like the music behind it. I am a professional musician and the sound of the music can make or break it for me when it comes to meditation. I hope if you have other videos that you use similar piano music as it was beautiful. I look forward to finding out how I can watch more of your videos. Tk u!

10:08 is there ANY chance you’d do another body scan med but 20 min with this beautiful music? Thereby the scan wouldn’t have to feel a bit rushed and we could do one arm/ leg etc at a time? This med is just excellent but it’s over too soon! The music makes one relax completely so a truly exceptional choice. Thank you!!’

@@DRKJFOSTER thank you so very much. I know that they were all lengths of meditations, but correct me if I’m wrong, but I always thought 20 minutes was the med time used the most so you’d certainly get a good audience for it I should think. :-)
