I have never cried during yoga before until today. My mum passed june 2023 and monday will be her first birthday since. I knew there was something building emotionally but didnt expect it to come out on the mat. Thank you Sarah Beth, that was well needed x

Excellent practice this morn. Did it by the tv screen. Yes feelings and crying and laughter usually arise in me so much of the time and they always have esp these yin style. Emotions, yes, and i always allow them SBY, I have been hooked on your videos for a couple yrs now and i hate to miss a day. They ALWAYS make a difference in my day and of course for the positive. I lost my Dad a few months ago and when you started with "whatever you need healing from this isn't forever...." the tears just poured out 💔 Not what I was expecting from my yoga session today, but exactly what I needed...a good cry😭🤣😂 Grief is such a sneaky thing and I appreciate your kindness and vulnerability 😊 thank you for sharing!

Your calm soothing voice gives me peace and stability in stressful chaotic weeks I have experienced. I too cried and it felt good to cry. It does not solve my challenges but it releases emotional attachment to it. It the storm you made me find serenity ❤ I do not find the better words you deserve: You truly enrich people’s lives Sarah PS: you should make (sleep) meditation podcasts, you have a beautiful talent

This video came up right when I needed it the most. Yesterday I found out that the person I'm completely in love with hasn't been truthful with me. Then my dad called me to tell me he has cancer (yep, happened on the same night). I didn't know how to feel about either situation. I've noticed in the last couple of months that I tend to intellectualize my emotions- meaning I think about how I SHOULD feel about situations (and how I SHOULD respond) instead of just leaning into the emotion I am actually experiencing. This video allowed me to do just that and I feel like I can now process how I REALLY feel about both of these situations, instead of cutting my emotions off altogether. Thank you, so much.

Through your guidance I have found myself over and over again, healing with your kind and loving words. Healing myself with those same words, telling myself these same things. I love this stretch. It totally release my lower back pain and left shoulder. I was working on my core without strecthing like this yoga and i pay the price of lower back muscle spasms. Now i need to go back to yoga. Thank you so much.

I literally have no words if you are understanding that... I have been practicing your yoga past 3 years now and every Single time you just amaze me with that mesmerizing voice of yours..♥️ When I started back in Jan 2019 to now today nov 2022 i know how my mind changed drastically for good that was possible only because of you..🤗 Thank you so much Sarah you yourself don't know how beautiful you are💐 We always say one right person can change your life completely and i guess I found that one person in you love you Sarah😇

Beautiful practice this one. I was aching in my lower body and was thinking of taking a break from my yoga practice today instead chose to do this set. My body is feeling much calmer and energised. Thank you

This was intense. It was really good after a week of being away on a city trip. Not practicing yoga and walking a lot has made my body tense. This practice helped to release some of that tension. I really liked that these stretch poses were not the usual poses
