►INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Full Body Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Back + Lateral Lunge + Squat
Upper Body: 3 Way Back Row
Lower Body: Lateral Lunge + Narrow Squat (R/L)
Full Body: Lateral Squat + Single Arm Row
Core: Dumbbell Pullover + Leg Lower
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Biceps and Shoulders + Lunges
Upper Body: Bicep Curl + Reverse Press
Lower Body: Split Lunge (R/L)
Full Body: Alternating Front Lunge + Single Arm Curl Press
Core: Plank + Dumbbell Pass

I get to the workouts on the website straight from the postpartum schedule I have downloaded but I think It's probably the same if you just go straight to the website by searching it. 😊

I know this is an older workout and I have done this one many times in the past.....but today I did the push-ups from my toes!! I've always had a mental block when it came to doing pushups from my toes....but I did it today! Thanks Lindsey!

You're right, strength training is so good for us! I am 48 and started lifting at 14 years old. Weights have been my constant companion through life changes, overwhelmingly stressful jobs and traveling the globe. The workouts have kept me grounded, fit, and able to run circles around my peers. Hello! I finished your 3-2-8 challenge last Friday.😎 The 30 to 40 minute sessions were perfect and easy to keep up with everyday. Sometimes I struggle to workout and it's hard to keep up with but this was such a nice experience I looked forward to EVERY workout. I absolutely love your guidance by the way. Speaking through the exercise allows to me ignore internal thoughts and dialogue. There's no space for me to think or doubt. This workout is soo good! Espacially on the days where you wanna lift heavy and not jump. It was the perfect workout to start off my Tuesday. I enjoyed it so much I did it twice for an hour lifting sess! :) THANKS!!!

Another great program, thank you! I love how even your beginner workouts can be made more difficult by using heavy weights. As much as I love your split strong series, I enjoy having the option for a quick full body sweat session as well. Big fan

One of your best! Warm up was great and repeatable on its own. I liked that the pace allowed me to perfect the move. Nice variety overall!

this gal, by far, is one of the best I've found for a full body 30 minute workout! Bonus is the cardio that comes along with this workout. my strength training workout was getting stale so I found this and am lovin it! I think you should have some experience with weight training and be in decent shape as this workout is intense but you should definitely work up to the challenge! She's right when she states that this type of training is so good for all of us in every way and will effect all positive aspects of your health. I'm 67 so if i can do it so can you!
