You have kept my interest since I discovered you. The routines are short but effective and manageable. I used to do work out DVDs but found I was so sore afterwards it put me off. I don't hurt after yours but I know I've worked out and I think the emphasis on how it contributes to overall health fir mind and body has made me view exercise differently. Thank you ❤

Good morning 💋 🤗 😘 Lucy.. What a lovely workout, just did it and such a lovely flow 💋 afterwards I did the 5mins arm and waist along with 5min morning routine so now I am set up for the day ahead. These new uploads are amazing and so doable and along with walk and sculpt and 5minute workouts the choices are endless. I have so many favourite workouts but your 5mins are the ones I do the most as you can target your own workout ie arms, waist, legs, back 🤗💋 thank you for simply fabulous. I love the stirring pot. I pretend that I am stirring a large pot of tapioca pudding like in Double Jeopardy. Wow! It really works when you put your mind to it. The leaning and arm moving up is another powerful movement.
