Thanks for these Lucy. I'd love to see a 5 minute pelvic floor tone and a 5 minute workout for after sitting at a desk for hours to get the circulation going and improve posture after hunching at a desk! Also, love the idea as someone else said of a gentle 5 minute workout for when women are menstruating

I do the different 5 minutes plus a 10 minute session and I have my daily 30 minutes thank you Lucy for your various exercises I feel very good. I also wanted to tell you that I sometimes try to do the exercises of other sports coaches but each time I come back to you, you are the best

Thank you, Lucy, for all your wonderful work. As a mom of 2 little children, I still suffer from diastasis recti and I struggle to find appropriate workouts and also the time and energy to workout. I've been doing your 5-minute workouts throughout the day for quite a few months now and I can attest to how effective they are: indeed, I've lost body fat, while maintaining muscle mass, and I've been feeling so much more energetic and confident.

Absolutely love your workouts and especially these shorter which are perfect to add to other workouts. Please, please keep more coming they are amazing and yes you can certainly feel it. Lucy, I love your workouts, recommend them to everyone, and have been doing them for 3 or years. But I did this workout today for the first time, and for the first time EVER doing your videos - I hurt myself! My lower back, left side, and I'm suspecting the repeated lift your leg up since it's just one side. What am I doing wrong? I've done other of your glutes workouts without a problem. Was my posture wrong? Did I lift my leg too high? FYI, I'm 69 years old, and in pretty good shape and your workouts are a big part of that. Thanks for all you do, you're my hero.

Good way to spend 5 mins. :) I am disappointed in myself for needing to hold onto something in order to do most of these. I'm 68 and balance and core strength has been wearing away. Perhaps a 5 min specific core/balance workout would be good for strengthening us back up. Thanks Lucy!

Lucy I did a google search to do keep fit at home and found you so glad I did nice to have a Brit also helping me, I live in Canada so a long way but am a Geordie from Newcastle lived in Canada for 24 years just retired and am at a loss on what to do so hench here I am I loved this one but found it very hard to stand on one leg and bend over and touch as low as I could with out losing my balance 😄

I would love to see a 5 minute work out for the muffin top issue. I find that even waist exercises don't necessarily work for this problem. Thank you for these wonderful workouts!!

I had c section two months ago and i started it today i really enjoyed and love it, it's simple yet effective...thank you your exercises are great... after my first born i was having saggy breasts..i was feeding and I did your bust lift workout and woah it was great and my upper body was fire and now after my second baby i continued and not having saggy breasts.. i appreciate you are doing great have a good day ❤️

Hello Lucy! I have been enjoying your 5 minute videos. So easy to incorporate a few into a very busy day! I would like to make a few suggestions for future videos, if I may. I would like to see videos on the following topics: knees, calves, ankles, feet and hips. I have done the glutes videos, but they don't seem to hit my hips (glutes medius). This is great Lucy - I have arthritis in my hips, I need to build up my glutes to try and protect my joints more. Is this the kind of exercise I should be doing as my balance can be ropey at times? Many thanks 😊

I’m almost 30 and I’m just now starting to get in shape. I’m having a hard time with this exercise because of my balance but I’m gonna keep trying until I can do it. Thank you Lucy 🙂

Don't give up! I'm 73 and doing all kinds of exercises every day. Change it up, do different things each day. You WILL get stronger and all of a sudden you are in the best shape of your life. Good luck!

Being forced into menopause after breast cancer has made exercise difficult. This workout was perfect and one I think I can stick with to get an exercise routine.
