Beginners Yoga 10 Day Challenge. Today we practice gratitude for the things we have in life. Thankful for our circumstances, situations, health, monetary aspects, etc.
Here is a prayer that I really like “Thank you God for all that is, and for ALL that Isn’t”
We have plenty of blessings in life. We also have the absence of life-changing health issues, calamities, and world disasters. Being thankful for the things we have but also for the ones we don’t is key to understanding the true nature of gratitude.
✔️ DAY 9 - GRATITUDE
What are you thankful for today? Drop a comment below and share. 😇👇
Counting our blessings can be quite difficult because the majority of the time you might focus your attention on the negative aspects of life. Just like Tomas Jefferson said:
“There are indeed gloomy & hypochondriac minds, inhabitants of diseased bodies, disgusted with the present, & despairing of the future; always counting that the worst will happen, because it may happen. To these I say, How much pain have cost us the evils which have never happened!”
Now let’s get on our yoga mats, and “Move out of the Mind, Flow into Your Breath”🙏

*Important Please Read - Your wellbeing and safety is my priority. You are here to improve your health and general wellbeing and it is important to remember that. If at any point you feel pain in a specific Asana (Yoga Posture), take a step back and release out of it. Another way the body communicates to us is with the breath. If it’s tense or you keep holding it, that is a good hint that you need to step back. Instead of 100% effort, drop it into 50-60%. The breath should always flow comfortably.
