This is my favourite of the 17 days so far, and I know I'll be returning to it again!! Thank you Bharti for this and for all your other videos. I am feeling stronger and more flexible with each practice. And I love the thoughtful way you close each practice. It leaves me feeling ready to go into my day with peace and gratitude.

Hey Deborah! Glad you are enjoying the classes and keeping up! Warrior 3 is a challenging pose. You can start by doing it close to a wall to get support if required :)
