高筋麵粉 high gluten flour 180 g
即發酵母 instant yeast 3 g（約 3/4 tsp）
（用10ml 35-40度暖水溶解）(Dissolve with 10ml water, 35-40 degree celsius)
蛋黃 egg yolk 一個約 17 g
牛奶 milk 80 g
白砂糖 white granulated sugar 22 g
牛油（奶油）softened butter 22 g
｜起司蛋糕 cheesecake
奶油起司 cream cheese 125 g
白砂糖 white granulated sugar 25 g
牛奶 milk 10 g
玉米粉 corn starch 8 g
藍莓 blueberries 約20粒

I cannot find temperature and baking time information so I have to finish guessing maybe 170 degree 17minuits

Yes you are right. The baking time is 170 degree for 15-20 minutes. The information is in the subtitle of the video :)
