This is a 20 minute morning yoga class that deeply stretches the hips for anyone who has a bit more flexibility and is looking for deeper poses to release tension from the body and gain deeper flexibility.
This is a great routine to also do before bed or even after a workout.
Remember to listen to your body and if anything doesn't feel right in any yoga poses you should skip it and come to something that feels best for you.
