Hello everybody!
I think the good season for making cakes is coming soon.
I made a chiffon cake after a long time.
I wanted to use figs, so I made a sandwich cake :)
I don't like the strong mugwort flavor, so I made it soft and it goes well with figs. If you live in a country where there is no mugwort powder, you can use green tea powder.
The cream is so delicious that you can just fill the mugwort chiffon with cream without figs~^^
Ingredients for 17cm(D) x7.5cm(H)
6 pieces of mugwort chiffon sand
100-105g egg white
42g egg white sugar
Yolk 54-55g
30g sugar from yolk
1 g of salt
48g soft flour
10g mugwort powder
2 g baking powder
45 g milk
40 g oil
2g vanilla bean extract
condensed milk cream
160g whipped cream
36g mascarpone cheese (cream cheese can be used)
23g condensed milk
5 g sugar
2-3 figs
